What methods of training do you use?
We believe that every dog learns differently. We adapt our methods to each individual dog and completely respect the owner’s wishes in regards to what tools we utilize during training. We define ourselves as balanced trainers.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, card, or check. You are able to pay for invoices through your client account with us!
Where will my dog stay while boarding with you?
We believe that dog’s have to earn their freedom. If your dog has destructive behaviors, he/she will be crated while not being immediately supervised. Otherwise, they are left out in the house under supervision and/or video survveilance. All dogs get walked multiple times every single day, play time, free time, and get to go on outings whether they are here for training or boarding.
What do I need to pack for my dog to stay with you?
All you need to pack for your dog is their food! If you would like to send comfort items for your dog, that is fine too. We have everything else covered!
How do I know which program is best for me and my dog?
When considering which program is best for your dog, I always ask people to consider how much time they have to dedicate to training and if they are physically capable of doing the training. If you were unsure or on the fence about either of those questions, a board and train program may be the best fit. I encourage everyone to always begin with a private lesson so that we can all get to know each other and can formulate a training plan with a sure plan to move forward and reach your goals.
Can I visit my dog if he/she is enrolled in the board and train program or long term boarding?
Absolutely! We highly encourage this, actually. This gives the trainer multiple opportunities to explain and go over training methods and multiple opportunities for you to work with your dog. All we ask is that you schedule an appointment inside of business hours.
